1. How can I make an order in the online shop?
Placing an order is simple. Click on SHOP in the main menu and select one of the submenu items. An overview will appear of the articles in the relevant product group. For more information on a specific article (larger picture with zoom, article description and price-always in Euros), please click on the product picture. On the page that opens next you have the option to add the article to your shopping cart. You can always click on the bag in the menu bar to go to your shopping cart. From there, you can start the payment process. The payment process only involves three simple steps:
1. You can see the total cost of your order in Step 1 by selecting the country in which your order has to be delivered. Subsequently, select the ‘place order’ button to log on or to create a new, personal Adirelounge account.
2. Select your method of payment and shipment in Step 2. You can also change your invoicing or shipment address in this step or glance over your order one more time. You now select your payment method. There are several methods you can choose from: Mastercard, VISA,
3. Step 3 is a confirmation of your payment, which is final from that moment on. We also send this confirmation to your email address. As soon as your order is sent you will again receive an email containing the invoice and a track & trace code so you can see where your order is.
2. HOW CAN I GET THE TOTAL COST OF MY ORDER?
In Step 1 (=Shopping Bag) of our easy Checkout process, you can already calculate the total cost of your order. Once you select the country of the bill-to-address as well as the delivery method of your choice, you will get the total price of your order. This price will include shipping costs. Depending on the bill-to-address, import duties will be included or excluded.
If the Adirelounge prices for your country do not include taxes/duties, this does not automatically mean that no taxes/duties are to be paid upon arrival of your order in your country (please check with local customs). Orders are payable in Euro only.
3. HOW CAN I FOLLOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Adirelounge starts processing your order from the moment your payment is received. You will receive a confirmation of your order when your payment is received. Additionally, we will send you a separate email containing the invoice and a track & trace code as soon as your order is shipped.
4. WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SERVICE? DO YOU SERVICE THE USA?
In principal, we deliver in all countries. If your country is not included in the list of countries to set a billing/shipping address, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
5. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
The minimum order quantity per order is one 2, 2.5, 4 or 5 yards piece of Adirelounge fabric.
6. DOES ADIRELOUNGE DISTRIBUTE PAPER CATALOGUES/CLOTH SAMPLES?
Adirelounge concentrates on offering you a large and frequently changing selection of fabrics – available from stock – through the online shop at adirelounge.com. We do not distribute paper catalogues/swatches.
7. DOES ADIRELOUNGE OFFER CUSTOM FABRIC SERVICES?
Yes we offer custom fabric service for fashion designers, interior designers, companies and corporate organizations.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website
**Yes, the data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. Do you want to return something No problem! Returns are FREE for residents and customers within Lagos state in Nigeria.
You can return any item within 3 days of receiving your original order.
However, you can get a refund only if product is sold out in your requested size.
If an item is customized to your size by request, alterations can be made but a refund request will not be acceptable.
You can also exchange your item within 3days, as long as the new item has the same product code as the original product you ordered. If you want to exchange for a different colour, the price of both colours must be the same as the price at which you bought the original product. You’ll know if the new item has the same product code as your original item, because the size or colour will be available in the drop down menu on the product page for the original item you ordered. We’ll send your replacement to the default delivery address on your account – we can’t send a
replacement to an address that’s not your default delivery address. To check or update your address details, log into My Account and click ‘edit’ below your Address Book (remember to click ‘Save’ when you’re done).

If the item is out of stock in colour you have opted for, then you have to select an available product of similar price and quantity.
The ordered returned item is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse, so ensure its proper packaging to avoid any damage on the way.

Can I do an exchange on sale items
No. Theres a NO refund or exchange policy on sale items.
8. HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
In case your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return the article(s) within 14 (fourteen) days. The product(s) should be returned unused, undamaged and complete with all labels in the original packaging.

In case the article is wrong or damaged, please send an e-mail containing the following information to email@example.com

You will receive a confirmation e-mail from The Adirelounge including a return number and return address required to return the package.
Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an e-mail as confirmation of the return. Your money will be credited via your original method of payment. Vlisco.com will reimburse the amount in question as soon as possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days after receipt of the returned goods.
